1. Standalone cleaning

2. Prep before paint or stain

Paint and stain won't bond to dirt, chalk or mildew. Every exterior painting and staining project we do starts with cleaning the surfaces. If you're already booking exterior painting or deck & fence staining, the wash is built into the process.

Our pressure washing process

  1. Free estimate. We walk the property with you, note the surfaces, stains and any soft wood, and explain what method fits each area.
  2. Protect. We move or cover what needs covering — plants, outdoor furniture, outlets and anything you want kept dry.
  3. Choose the right method. Soft wash for vinyl and painted siding; stronger wash where concrete or bare wood can take it. We match pressure and detergent to the surface so we clean it without etching or driving water behind the cladding.
  4. Treat mildew and algae where needed so growth doesn't come right back in the same shady spots.
  5. Wash and rinse evenly, working top-down on walls.
  6. Spot-check problem areas (north walls, under trees, along the driveway where clay sits).
  7. Walk-through. If this wash is prep for paint or stain, we schedule the finish work after surfaces dry.
